Sabian degrees run 1°–30° and describe the degree you are IN: if your planet sits between 15°01′–16°00′ of a sign (e.g. 15°30′), read the 16° symbol. The degree always rounds up; an exact 0°00′ takes the new sign’s 1° symbol.
